Last updated: June 2026. This policy explains what data we collect when you visit fragcharts.com, why we collect it, and what your rights are. Fragcharts is operated as a personal project; the data controller for this site is the site owner, contactable via the contact page.

When you visit the site, our hosting provider records standard web-server logs: your IP address, the page you requested, the date and time of the request, the referring URL (if any), and the user-agent string of your browser. These logs are used for security monitoring and basic traffic analysis and are retained for up to 30 days.

We do not require accounts and do not collect names, email addresses or other personal information directly.

Essential cookies: we set a session cookie to keep CSRF protection and basic site state working. This cookie is strictly necessary and does not require your consent under GDPR.

Advertising cookies: if you visit from the EEA, UK or Switzerland, Google's consent banner appears on your first visit. With your consent, Google AdSense may set cookies to serve personalised advertising and measure ad performance. If you decline personalisation, Google may still show non-personalised ads and set a limited set of cookies for that purpose.

Google AdSense (Google Ireland Limited): serves display ads. Google is also the certified Consent Management Platform (CMP) that collects and stores your ad-personalisation preferences via IAB TCF v2.2. Google's own privacy policy applies: policies.google.com/privacy.

Steam Web API and csapi.de: we fetch public Counter-Strike data server-side. These services do not see you as a visitor.

Server logs: legitimate interest in operating and securing the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Essential cookies: necessary for the service requested (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
