How to read CS2 player stats

Each professional Counter-Strike 2 player is measured across a handful of core numbers. Rating is the headline figure — a single value that rolls kills, deaths, survival and impact into one number, where anything above 1.00 means the player is pulling more than their weight. K/D ratio is the simpler kills-to-deaths split, ADR is average damage per round, and KAST % is the share of rounds in which a player got a kill, assist, survived or was traded — a good read on how consistently someone contributes even in rounds without a frag.

Ratings reward sustained output over a large sample, so a stand-in who plays two maps won't leap to the top on a hot streak. Stats update daily; players without a current rating are listed alphabetically until enough recent maps are on record. Frequently asked questions

What is a good CS2 rating?

A rating of 1.00 is average for a professional. Consistent stars sit around 1.10 and above; the very best in the world push past 1.15 over a full season.

How often are player stats updated?

Every day. New maps are folded into each player's totals as results are synced, so the numbers track current form.

Why is a well-known player missing a rating?

Players need enough recent professional maps on record to earn a rating. Inactive players, recent stand-ins and newcomers show up without one until that sample builds.

What does KAST measure?

KAST is the percentage of rounds where a player recorded a Kill, Assist, Survived, or was Traded — a measure of how often they contributed to the round even without topping the scoreboard.
